When you use BizAlly, we collect:

• Your email address and first name (if you create an account)
• The questions you ask and conversations you have
• The commitments you make and complete
• Basic technical info: a browser cookie ID, login session, and timestamp data

How We Use It

• To run the BizAlly service (match you to relevant guidance, save your commitments, send your reminder emails)
• To improve BizAlly — anonymously and in aggregate (e.g., understanding which questions get asked most)
• To contact you about your account and commitments

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
• We don't use your conversations to train public AI models.
• We don't share your data with advertisers.
• We don't show ads.

Business Transfers

BizAlly is a business and may grow, combine with, or be acquired by others. If BizAlly is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets or equity, your account and information may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity as part of that transaction. Any successor will remain bound by the commitments in this Privacy Policy, or you will be notified of any material change. This is the only circumstance in which your data may pass to another company — it is never sold to advertisers or data brokers.

Third Parties

We use SendGrid to send transactional emails (commitment confirmations, reminders, weekly summaries). They process your email address solely to deliver these emails.

Your Rights

You can request to delete your account and all your data, or get a copy of your data, by emailing us at bizallylaunch@gmail.com. We'll respond within 7 days.
