When you use BizAlly, we collect:
- Your email address and first name (if you create an account)
- The questions you ask and conversations you have
- The commitments you make and complete
- Basic technical info: a browser cookie ID, login session, and timestamp data
How We Use It
- To run the BizAlly service (match you to relevant Knowledge Cards, save your commitments, send your reminder emails)
- To improve BizAlly — anonymously and in aggregate (e.g., understanding which questions get asked most)
- To contact you about your account and commitments
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't use your conversations to train public AI models.
- We don't share your data with advertisers.
- We don't show ads.
Third Parties
We use SendGrid to send transactional emails (commitment confirmations, reminders, weekly summaries). They process your email address solely to deliver these emails.
Your Rights
You can request to delete your account and all your data, or get a copy of your data, by emailing us at bizallylaunch@gmail.com. We'll respond within 7 days.
